Return Policy

Treadmill Lubrication orders are not refundable. However, if an extra unneeded amount has been ordered, it may be returned unopened – postage paid and a credit will be issued for the Lubrication oil. Postage is non-refundable.

If you, contrary to our expectations, should regret a Kick-Stop purchase, the merchandise is returnable to Horse Gym USA, LLC within 14 days. We do not refund freight charges relating to the return. When returning merchandise it should be unused and in the original packing. We ask you to enclose a copy of the confirmation of the order.
